embrace the unchanging

time captured in the midst of space
how do you escape when you have nowhere to go
mind transcends with an eternal glow
release your thoughts, fears
and tame your ego
surrounded by miracles
but who among us shall receive?
clutter over our hearts
how shall grace be perceived?

you are bestowed with gifts
so that you may serve
a life of service shall
repay you a hundredfold
[even if for a moment you serve,
it shall never go unnoticed]

and dwell among the wise
let sacred sounds and melodies
elevate you as an energy
beyond the bounds of space and time

and finally, search for
and embrace the unchanging
within the inevitability of change
but
how do we recognise the unchanging?
one day, we shall become it
